great question HML OR PML??

​@jeremacdevelopment We are piloting a hard money lending program right now that’ll match buyers looking for loans with local lenders. It’s running just with one company now as a test. If the test is successful, I anticipate we’ll open up the program for all lenders to join sometime this summer.

Hopefully that testing goes well, sounds like it would be a great benefit!
