I have a very distinct question. In spite of the new laws for wholesalers on how we control or claim the rights to sell or assign a property to an end buyer. Can this platform cover doing “Lease-Option” deals for assignment to buy and hold investors?

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for reaching out with your question! While Investorlift is primarily designed for wholesale and assignment deals, you can still market Lease-Option deals on the platform. However, since laws and regulations regarding wholesaling and assignments vary by state, we always recommend consulting with a real estate attorney to ensure compliance with local laws.

If you're structuring a Lease-Option assignment for buy-and-hold investors, you may need to clearly outline the terms in your listing and contracts. Investorlift does not impose restrictions on how you structure your deals, but ensuring compliance with any new regulations will be key. Please make sure to have a purchase agreement for the property before posting it with us.

Let me know if you need further clarification or if there's anything else I can assist with!

Best,
Silvia
