If you don’t have boots on the ground, I’d recommend checking out services like HomeJab. They offer professional real estate photography and videography, which many of our clients use. I believe they can deliver the photos and videos within 24-48 hours. They operate in most states and are reasonably priced—worth looking into!

I can’t speak from experience, but I know others who speak highly of InvestorBootz, for being able to get to remote locations you just don’t have resources.

I’ve been doing dispo and my acquisition team has never been on the actual locations. What I do is to get those pictures from the sellers(you need those pictures) if not I just get the outside pics from Google earth or MLS if I need to put that listing in while waiting for the actual pictures.

I would like to thank every one for your feedback, it has been greatly appreciated, yes I was able to secure the  pictures I needed, again, much appreciation.
