I am looking to purchase credits as of right now but, when I press purchase I am given a server error code. I also am aware there is an error with document uploading. Are these only happening to me?

We are currently experiencing an issue that is preventing clients from adding billing information directly from their accounts. However, we do have a workaround for this. I’ll send you a link shortly that will allow you to add the information from there, and I’ll follow up with you via email to provide the link.
