So, we analyzed every property that received an offer on Investorlift in 2024, and here’s what you need to know:🔎 Do emojis, bold text, or colors in your listing description impact offer price?Nope. The data shows that there’s almost ZERO correlation between formatting (🔥🔥🔥, bold, centered text, colors) and the offer price. ✅ So what actually makes a difference? Marketing campaigns sent via Autopilot had the strongest correlation with faster offers. Price ratio trends remained stable before and after recent platform changes—meaning external market factors are likely at play. Hello: Can We Select Multiple Buyers

Hello Investorlift Team,I have a question about having my own buyers list, the list that I am building from renting buyers or unlocking buyers using my credits. Is there another way that I can select multiple buyers and then run another campaign if I do a price reduction or want to inform them all of any changes? I see the only option is to add them to a campaign one-by-one which is too tedious for me to add 100 buyers if my list is too long. Please help.
