If you attempted to list a property on Investorlift and received a message indicating that the property is already listed, this usually means another wholesaler has already submitted the same property to the platform.

Why a Property May Already Be Listed
 

A property may appear as already listed on Investorlift when:

  • Multiple wholesalers are working with the same seller, and one of them listed the property first.

To protect the integrity of the marketplace and ensure that properties are marketed by authorized wholesalers, Investorlift follows a verification process whenever two wholesalers claim the same property.


What You Should Do If This Happens​​​​​
 

If you see a message indicating that your property is already listed, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate your contract or marketing authorization

  2. Send a copy to our support team as soon as possible

  3. Include the property address in your message so we can quickly identify the listing.
     

Providing documentation quickly helps us resolve the issue faster and verify your rights to market the property.
