Hello Community,I have access to Investorlift LITE and everyday I learn something new while using it. Lately, I been thinking even though I only have access to the LITE version, how do I utilize it properly to find those buyers I need to find in the sea of fake buyers, those just browsing and get to those who are looking for their next investment? I was thinking. Is there a way to see reviews about buyers before I add them to my list or decide to rent those buyers when I have a property under contract? Can I see how many stars they have attached to their profile? I see that everything is HIDDEN until you purchase the buyers. I am finding that I do take the risk but I am losing money when I find out that its another wholesaler using the platform to JV with people or the buyer has no reviews or stars and has only been browsing the platform to increase their score.What are your thoughts on knowing which buyers to buy/rent knowing you wont know if its a good buyer until you pay and take th
Hello Community,I have an very important topic to cover. How do beginner buyers have such a huge deal score when they havent completed no deals. I came across a buyer who I spoke with on the phone who said he has access to only LITE mode but his buyer score was 26,888, which means he has done over 20 deals. Correct? Because one deal equals 1,000 points right? I had a 20 min conversation with him and he said he has done no deals and was only browsing my posted deals to get a better ideal of how the system works? Then when I hung up I realized his persona and details did not match his score? How is that possible?

Hi,Signed up, couldn’t get past step three to find the “buy box”. Sent a couple messages, and had a bad response to the question then no response when I clarified. There is zero direction in the instructions where to find this “buy box”. I took Polina’s onboarding course. Found out there should have been a taskbar for me that showed a dashboard. There was not. Then I got out of the site so I could log back in, thinking a reset would be helpful. Couldn’t log back in with the credentials I had just set up. Got an email back from Lais. Clicked into the “community” link from her email, and I got a security and privacy message. After exhausting all avenues, I went ahead and clicked on the link that said to go there anyway. I came back saying not available at this time. Still waiting to hear from anyone. This is not particularly user friendly apparently.
