Anyone adjusting strategy after the Section 8 news?

Hello everyone, new here!Just came across the news about the proposed HUD budget cuts and potential elimination of Section 8 assistance, and it got me thinking…For those of you who target rental buyers, especially ones who work with Section 8, are you seeing this as a threat to valuations and cash flow… or are you positioning it as an opportunity to pick up distressed inventory and pivot toward workforce housing or flips?Personally, I think this could shake out a lot of passive investors and open doors for more creative deal-making. But I’d love to hear from those who’ve been through policy shifts before or operate in Section 8-heavy markets.

How to Pick Your Buyers with Investorlift LITE?

Hello Community,I have access to Investorlift LITE and everyday I learn something new while using it. Lately, I been thinking even though I only have access to the LITE version, how do I utilize it properly to find those buyers I need to find in the sea of fake buyers, those just browsing and get to those who are looking for their next investment? I was thinking. Is there a way to see reviews about buyers before I add them to my list or decide to rent those buyers when I have a property under contract? Can I see how many stars they have attached to their profile? I see that everything is HIDDEN until you purchase the buyers. I am finding that I do take the risk but I am losing money when I find out that its another wholesaler using the platform to JV with people or the buyer has no reviews or stars and has only been browsing the platform to increase their score.What are your thoughts on knowing which buyers to buy/rent knowing you wont know if its a good buyer until you pay and take th

How to Build Profile Scores?

Hello Community,I have an very important topic to cover. How do beginner buyers have such a huge deal score when they havent completed no deals. I came across a buyer who I spoke with on the phone who said he has access to only LITE mode but his buyer score was 26,888, which means he has done over 20 deals. Correct? Because one deal equals 1,000 points right? I had a 20 min conversation with him and he said he has done no deals and was only browsing my posted deals to get a better ideal of how the system works? Then when I hung up I realized his persona and details did not match his score? How is that possible?

Are Buyers with Reviews More Reliable?

Hello Community,I am seeking some guidance as I do not want to keep putting money into “renting or buying buyers” if the ones I pick are either tire kickers and want free leads or just another wholesaler wasting my time. My question is, do you think its much better to select buyers with reviews already abotu them? And if so, what amount of stars signals a serious investor one star, two star or more than three stars reviews? Seeking guidance as I am having no luck with the buyers I have added and might need some structure to get bette results. Thanks in advance.

No idea how to get active on this site

Hi,Signed up, couldn’t get past step three to find the “buy box”.  Sent a couple messages, and had a bad response to the question then no response when I clarified.  There is zero direction in the instructions where to find this “buy box”.  I took Polina’s onboarding course.  Found out there should have been a taskbar for me that showed a dashboard.  There was not.  Then I got out of the site so I could log back in, thinking a reset would be helpful.  Couldn’t log back in with the credentials I had just set up.  Got an email back from Lais.  Clicked into the “community” link from her email, and I got a security and privacy message.  After exhausting all avenues, I went ahead and clicked on the link that said to go there anyway.  I came back saying not available at this time.  Still waiting to hear from anyone.  This is not particularly user friendly apparently.

Dispo Options: How Do I Get Better Response Rates?

Hello Investorlift Team,I have used my credits to market a deal and I am not able to reach more people that I thought. When I run a different campaign, first was AI and I get 5 out of 25 people interested. Then I ran another campaign using just SMS and was able to reach 5 more. I even tried Artemis Mode; and started adding people using my credits. I feel like I have exhausted my credits and cant add any more buyers,Do I just continue to refill my credits to add more people from Artemis Mode? I need tips and tricks to get buyers interested to the point that they are responding, right now I am only getting “address-requests”.And if you can how do I work with VIP and Vetted Realtors who are buyers aka work with buyers to help me sell my deal? How does it work with a real estate agent when connecting with a buyer?

Did we just lose formatted posts?

I’ve just noticed that posts are now being displayed in uniform font size, no text formatting (bold, italics, etc.) and with no line spacing at all. This means that all posts are now just a wall of text. Can anyone weigh in on if this is just a bug of something else being fixed?  Hopefully this is temporary as I’ve seen absolutely beautiful templates on this platform that won’t be possible with this new development. Thanks in advance! Before:After:

I was curious on if there is a way to send a mass email to my buyers list. To see if there was anyone interested in jv opportunities. Realistically 60-70% of the buyers are most likely wholesalers

Hello: Can We Select Multiple Buyers

Hello Investorlift Team,I have a question about having my own buyers list, the list that I am building from renting buyers or unlocking buyers using my credits. Is there another way that I can select multiple buyers and then run another campaign if I do a price reduction or want to inform them all of any changes? I see the only option is to add them to a campaign one-by-one which is too tedious for me to add 100 buyers if my list is too long. Please help.

Option Agreement: Wholesale Deals (Not Lease Option)

Hello,So I have a question as I want to be able to get an end buyer from this platform to conduct their inspection and get feedback. Can I submit a “Option Agreement” or “Letter of Intent” although I feel a option agreement with a seller will have more impact with the end buyer. I know the platform suggests using a “purchase and sale” agreement but in some cases or some deals I wouldn't want to waste the sellers time and end buyers time if it does not work out for whatever reason through a standard purchase and sale agreement. I would like to maintain my reputation as good standing.I want to use to an ‘Option Agreement” with the seller to show intent so that I can schedule an inspection date with an end buyer. Then once the end buyer or buyers are satisfied and wish to move forward I would then have the seller complete a “purchase and sale” agreement and submit that as proof that the deal is official. Can I use an option agreement as proof that I am the contract holder? Does this suffi

Why Are We Logged Out Every Two Weeks?

Hey everyone, I’ve noticed that I get logged out every two weeks, even with two-factor authentication enabled. Is this normal? I understand the importance of security, but I’m wondering what the specific reason is for enforcing logouts this frequently. It can be a bit inconvenient, especially when actively participating in discussions. Does anyone know if there’s a way to stay logged in longer or if this is just a standard security policy?

List of Hedgefund Buyers?

I’m looking for a list of the Hedgefund buyers for each specific state, and a contact for each so we can develop buy boxes around those counties to target.  Am i missing something or is the only way to do this through “God Mode”?
