Using investor lift for wholesaler out reach?

I know in theory it would not provide straight line value to investor lift to provide wholesaler contact info, but since jv partnerships and buying from wholesalers is so big in our business model we would like to be able to access that more streamlined- would even pay for it. Is there a way to be able to use this platform to supplement to our out side sales rep agent to be able to get ahold of more wholesalers- if not i think it would provide more value to costumers to increase retention as well as sales as this is a huge money making problem to solve.

Having a hard time moving a property

Hey Everyone!I have a property under contract and this is the first one I’m facing issues moving smoothly, and I wanted to share what I did and the difficulties I’m facing in case anyone have ideas or suggestions. It is a single-family house in Pittsburgh on Warrington Ave.  The house itself is a great fix and flip opportunity and it’s selling at a low entry point (mid five-figures), however, I have received some feedback from some of my buyers that the area around the house isn’t the hottest (that is Allentown, Pittsburgh). Down below are KPIs and things I have done to market this property so far: # Days marketed on InvestorLift: 20 days # views on InvestorLift: 64 views # Days marketed on social media (FB & IG): 22 days # clicks & views on FB Marketplace: 760 # emails sent regarding this property: 96 MANY Phone calls made (some through God Mode) # Inquiries through private channels:  <10 # offers received: 3 (it wasn’t about the price, but they didn’t make sense in terms o

Email Metrics KPIs

Recently, when I open my dashboard and look at the email metrics it shows everything as zero. Even though if I click on every property I have it shows me the exact email KPIs for each property (definitely more than zero for each). Is there anyone else facing this problem?

Best Skip Tracer?

Currently, my team generates about 40% of our deals from outbound calling. We use ListSource and a few other tools to pull our lists. So far, we’ve been using Versium for our skip tracing. I’m wondering if this is the best skip tracer or if we should look into others. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
