I find it extremely not cool how Investorlift controls when you can reblast a deal again when you have a price reduction-every 4 days? What is circumstances warrant doing it in 2 or 3 days and you’re on a tight timeline to close and you had to do it sooner? I think that’s excessively controlling and a big turn off and totally unnecessary.

Hello,I am a basic lead management company who gets access to incoming leads (mostly other wholesalers) sometimes other investors off-loading and since I have access to Investor lift now, I was wondering how do I submit a deal if I am not the contract holder? Or can I just reach out to buyers without having to submit the deal? How do I go about it correctly to respect the rules of the platform?

hey all! i’ve heard that the matterports or 3d tours can help the deal move way faster, as well as inspections. who are the go-to services for matterports, vids & pics for the best rate? also for cheapest inspections? it seems like you can come out of pocket $600 - $1k per deal & as we all know deals can blow up one way or another. just trying to gauge best practices with these things so i dont bleed money. maika

I've encountered an issue for the past 7-8 months where I no longer receive address request notifications via text. This problem started unexpectedly, and despite efforts, hasn't been resolved. Initially, when I joined InvestorLift 2 years ago, I would receive these notifications through SMS on my personal iphone, which was very convenient for my workflow. However, now I only get notifications through email. I would greatly appreciate if somebody know how to fix this issue with twilio as investorlift support cant really help me at all

Does anyone have the zoom link for dispo day? I have registered several times last week and this week, but never got the email confirmation.

Does anyone else experience Investor Lift freezing especially when inputting a new property?  I usually have to save a new entry 15-20 times while inputting so I don’t lose my progress.  I have cleared my cache, software updates on my brand new MacBook Pro.   I do use Safari and tried other search engines such as Chrome and that doesn't seem to help.  Any help would be appreciated!

Also our “views” and when you go to artemis mode to see who viewed your property numbers do not match up. Lastly when sending campaigns in will show a number like “7000+” and when we send them it send it to 0 buyers when we have not even reached our campaign quota. Is anyone having these issues as well, or something similar?

System will not allow me to use my Ring Central number because it’s a VOIP. We have been using VOIP for a long time now and now we can’t anymore. Is there a way to bypass this issue.
