What is the difference of VIP vs Vetted

VIP - buyers who have actually bought deals on Investorlift. The wholesaler puts this tag once the deal has successfully been closed.
Vetted - buyers who are legit. This may be that the wholesaler has had proper discussions with this buyer, etc.

Just to confirm, does this mean there is no overlap between VIP and Vetted? Presumably a VIP was at one point a Vetted buyer until they bought a deal. So when they buy a deal they are removed from the Vetted list and become a VIP. Sorry don’t mean to over think this just want to be certain. Thanks!

No, there is overlap! There are buyers with both VIP and Vetted tags.
