Hi!  My name is Cory Boatright. I own and operate House Kings Home Buyers. We buy and sell all over over the country (closed in 38 states). I’m also the creator of RBP (Retail Buyer Program) similar to novations, but we are told that is much easier that allows investors and Wholesalers to sell to FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional Buyers that gets those loan types without violating seasoning  (how long you owed the property) issues.
