The new Property Submission Form ensures every listing has the details buyers need to make confident decisions, fast.With this update, you’ll notice: ✅ Expanded property details:New fields such as Occupancy, Roof Age, Air Conditioning Type, Heating System Type, Heating System Age, Foundation Type, and Foundation Condition allow for more complete property insights. Sellers will see an “Verified” icon on verified buyers, providing instant confidence in who you’re working with. This improved integration strengthens trust and helps sellers focus on serious, qualified investors.   How the Improved Verification Works for Buyers:   Lightning Verification: Buyers enter their Date of Birth and Address for fast verification.   Note: “Do This Later” Option: Buyers can choose to skip verification and continue with the normal flow.   Document Verification (if needed): If lightning verification fails, buyers can scan and upload a photo of a government-issued ID.     Review and Update: Buyers can confirm or update pre-filled information.     Once verified, a "Verified" icon will appear next to the buyer's name in their user settings menu.     On the Seller Side: Verified buyers now display an “Verified” icon directly on their profile. These enhancements were designed to save you time, reduce clicks, and give you more control over your pipeline. 🔄 Outbound Leads Are Now Dripped in Real-Time To keep your lead board fresh and efficient: The “Get More Outbound Leads” button has been removed - the system now triggers the algorithm automatically for you. Outbound leads are dripped into your “New Leads” column in real time as the algorithm discovers them. The algorithm works harder once you’ve processed your current leads, ensuring a steady, manageable flow and encouraging you to actively move leads across columns.     Tip: Keep your tab open with sound on -  you’ll hear an alert when a new lead arrives.   Note: Inbound leads continue to appear instantly whenever buyers engage with your deals. ➕ Add New Leads Directly to the Lead Board You can now add leads directly from the leads board with a simple, intuitive workflow. Here’s how it works: Click the button in the main header.     A slide-out drawer will appear from the right side of your screen. Enter your new lead’s details and hit submit.     Once saved: A “Lead Saved” confirmation toast will appear. Your new lead card will show up at the top of the “Attempted to Contact” column on the Leads board.     From there, simply drag and drop the lead into the appropriate stage: “Interested,” “Not Interested,” and more.   👁 Preview Deals No more guessing what your listing looks like to buyers. With the new “Preview” button, you can instantly view the public version of any deal in a new browser tab. Preview buttons are now available in: Edit Listing Drawer: Right in front of the address field.     Leads Board View: See the preview button beside each lead’s address.     Deals Board: Each deal tile now includes a preview icon.     Full Listing Page: A preview option is visible near the address.     ✅ Yes, preview works even for deals still in “Draft” status. 👤 Updated Profile Settings You now have more control over your user profile and account. Each lead is clearly tagged with a visual marker: 🟩 Inbound - Green tag: include Property Inquiries, Address Requests, and Property Views. 🟦 Outbound - Blue tag: are high potential AI generated leads for this property. This change helps you quickly understand lead origin while keeping your board organized.   👀 Property Views A buyer is considered a viewer of a property if at least one of the following conditions is met: The user spends more than 30 seconds on the listing page. The property is marked as a Favorite.
