Enhanced User Management!

Hi, Community!We’ve just rolled out a major improvement to our Users page! 🎉 🔹 Clearer User Limits: Now, you can easily see if there are additional user licenses available.🔹 Simplified Management: Canceling user licenses is now just a click away.Now, if the allowed number of users is exceeded, a warning appears. Here you can see how many users are in the account in total, and how many of them are available in accordance with the license and additionally added under the Additional User subscription. If there are more users, then all those exceeding the limit become inactive. They will not be able to log in until the Administrator of the current account purchases an additional user or upgrade license.   If the limit of users in the account is exhausted, then when trying to create a new user, the client sees a pop-up with an offer to Purchase Additional User or upgrade the license. At the same time, subscription to an additional user is now made through the IC balance. To purchase, the balance must be at least 9800 IC, otherwise the client will be asked to purchase an additional IC package. Administrator of the account can turn off the auto-pay option in My account - Subscriptions & Packages. If this option is enabled, then upon expiration of the subscription, 9800 IC is debited from the balance and the subscription is renewed. If the balance is insufficient, the subscription will not be renewed. If the Auto-pay option is disabled, the subscription will not be renewed disabled, the subscription will not be renewed. Starting today, you'll be able to set up your email campaigns with a more effective and streamlined subject line – a maximum of 78 characters.  Why the change? We've received valuable feedback from our users and have discovered that some email service providers don't display subject lines if they are too long. This can impact the visibility and success of your campaigns. By setting a limit of 78 characters, you can ensure your subject lines are fully displayed, leading to higher open and delivery rates. In fact, our tests have shown that campaigns with subject lines under this limit are successfully delivered and opened by recipients. ✨Benefits for you:✅ Improved Open Rates: Shorter subject lines are more likely to catch the reader's eye and encourage them to open your email. ✅ Better Delivery: Ensure your message reaches your audience without getting cut off. ✅ Enhanced Engagement: Clear and concise subject lines can lead to higher engagement and better campaign performance. We encourage you to embrace this new limit and see the positive impact it can have on your email marketing efforts. Exciting Updates to Our Marketing Campaigns!

Hi Community!We’re excited to share some important updates and enhancements to our Marketing Campaigns! ✨Marketing Campaign Wizard Improvements:Cost Breakdown Visibility: Users can now see a detailed cost breakdown of their campaigns, making budgeting and planning easier than ever.   We've compiled steps in the Wizard for a more intuitive and faster setup process.Streamlined Steps:Step 1:Fill in Campaign Title.Select Campaign Type.Select channel.If you have selected an email then you will also need to fill out the Email Subject Line field that appears.  Step 2:Select buyers using Geotags is default.If you want to send blasts to specific buyers, then click on the Select buyers from the list button.Add geotags, or click on the available geotag links - every link will be added after clicking.Choose All My Buyers (blast will be sent to the buyers in your All Buyers and My Buyers lists) or Rent Buyers from Investorlift (relevant for non-Enterprise clients, Rent is a paid option, it offers paid blast to those buyers who are not in your All Buyers and My Buyers lists, but they are in the Investorlift system). If necessary, set up additional buyer filters.     Step 3:Here you see all applied Marketing Campaign settings: Title, subject line, geotags, buyer filters.You can choose to send the blast immediately or send it later using the Schedule Option:  🐞Bug Fixes: Various bugs have been addressed to enhance overall performance and user experience. We’re committed to continuously improving our platform to better serve your needs.
