Here’s what you can expect: For Admin Users 🔹 Verify Your Deals: After publishing a property, you’ll be prompted to verify your deal. (Don’t worry, this step is optional during the initial phase.) ⚠ The verification can take a few minutes. You can see the status of the verification on the property card in Admin (in case of delay you will see the status “Verifying”)..🔹 Flexible Verification Options:Use the new “Verify” button on deal cards to verify existing deals or complete the process later. Upload documents to confirm you have the property under contract and select the contracting company from a dropdown menu.  ​🔹 Automated Verification: Our system will verify the contract details and confirm whether the deal passes or fails verification.  💡The contract will not be shared with the buyers. We are requesting that you upload it solely for the purpose of verifying the property.For Buyers on the Deals Site 🔸 Discover Verified Deals:A “Verified Deals” toggle will appear for authenticated buyers. Clicking the toggle invites you to subscribe to a Premium Buyer package with a free 30-day trial.   🔸 Unlock Exclusive Features:Verified deal labels on property cards and property pages. Check out what's new:  Disposition Manager information is now hidden   In an effort to protect our wholesalers from unserious buyers, we've decided to hide the disposition manager's contact information on property listings. You can still reach out to the disposition manager by submitting an inquiry directly through the platform. This ensures all communications are professional and serious. To learn more about how to submit property inquiries, click here.   Labels on Property Cards   We’ve added labels on each property card on Investorlift.com to show how long the property has been listed. For example: "Just Listed" or "(n) day[s] ago". This will help you quickly identify new opportunities as soon as they become available.     Intercom Support Need assistance? Our support team is now more accessible than ever. You can reach us through the Intercom chat by clicking the green icon located at the bottom-right corner of your screen. Hi, Community!We’ve just rolled out a major improvement to our Users page! 🎉 🔹 Clearer User Limits: Now, you can easily see if there are additional user licenses available.🔹 Simplified Management: Canceling user licenses is now just a click away.Now, if the allowed number of users is exceeded, a warning appears. Here you can see how many users are in the account in total, and how many of them are available in accordance with the license and additionally added under the Additional User subscription. If there are more users, then all those exceeding the limit become inactive. They will not be able to log in until the Administrator of the current account purchases an additional user or upgrade license.   If the limit of users in the account is exhausted, then when trying to create a new user, the client sees a pop-up with an offer to Purchase Additional User or upgrade the license. At the same time, subscription to an additional user is now made through the IC balance. To purchase, the balance must be at least 9800 IC, otherwise the client will be asked to purchase an additional IC package. Administrator of the account can turn off the auto-pay option in My account - Subscriptions & Packages. If this option is enabled, then upon expiration of the subscription, 9800 IC is debited from the balance and the subscription is renewed. If the balance is insufficient, the subscription will not be renewed. If the Auto-pay option is disabled, the subscription will not be renewed disabled, the subscription will not be renewed.
