I've encountered an issue for the past 7-8 months where I no longer receive address request notifications via text. This problem started unexpectedly, and despite efforts, hasn't been resolved. Initially, when I joined InvestorLift 2 years ago, I would receive these notifications through SMS on my personal iphone, which was very convenient for my workflow. However, now I only get notifications through email. I would greatly appreciate if somebody know how to fix this issue with twilio as investorlift support cant really help me at all

I checked with the support team and it seems that the issue is related to the fact that you do not have a number in the Twilio Messaging Service Sender Pool. We are checking with the technical team to find the best way to help you and will get back to you shortly. In any case, the support team will contact you shortly!
i cannot add my own personal number in the twilio messaging service pool, they only let me add their number

As informed by the support team, its integration with Twilio has been removed because with the new function there is no need! Everything is fine now.
