Hello,I have a question. Can I post LAND deals on this platform and if so, how do I select the right buyers or is there an option to market to land buyers only?

Hello,So I have a question as I want to be able to get an end buyer from this platform to conduct their inspection and get feedback. Can I submit a “Option Agreement” or “Letter of Intent” although I feel a option agreement with a seller will have more impact with the end buyer. I know the platform suggests using a “purchase and sale” agreement but in some cases or some deals I wouldn't want to waste the sellers time and end buyers time if it does not work out for whatever reason through a standard purchase and sale agreement. I would like to maintain my reputation as good standing.I want to use to an ‘Option Agreement” with the seller to show intent so that I can schedule an inspection date with an end buyer. Then once the end buyer or buyers are satisfied and wish to move forward I would then have the seller complete a “purchase and sale” agreement and submit that as proof that the deal is official. Can I use an option agreement as proof that I am the contract

CAN ANYONE HELP ME GET A BETTER CLICK THROUGH RATE ON MY MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

I cant seem to log into my account for Admin sign in under my same email. Is log in temporary down or something? Is there a simple fix for this? I have my account in good standing so I am confused? 

Hey everyone, I’ve noticed that I get logged out every two weeks, even with two-factor authentication enabled. Is this normal? I understand the importance of security, but I’m wondering what the specific reason is for enforcing logouts this frequently. It can be a bit inconvenient, especially when actively participating in discussions. Does anyone know if there’s a way to stay logged in longer or if this is just a standard security policy?

Several customers have reported that their Seller Sites are currently not working. We have escalated this to our Product team, and they are addressing it as a priority.

I’m looking for a list of the Hedgefund buyers for each specific state, and a contact for each so we can develop buy boxes around those counties to target.  Am i missing something or is the only way to do this through “God Mode”?  

I keep seeing ads and gurus talking about AI-assisted cold-calling apps. From what I know sending outbound calls with an AI voice agent is totally illegal (correct me if I’m wrong). So these apps work more as an assistant and sales coach.Is anyone getting real results from using them? Apps like JustCall, Aircall, Trellus, etc.

I have a very distinct question. In spite of the new laws for wholesalers on how we control or claim the rights to sell or assign a property to an end buyer. Can this platform cover doing “Lease-Option” deals for assignment to buy and hold investors?

With recent updates, can we no longer sort property results by listed date etc..

I recently got under contract in a JV deal. It is a 5 property bundle including land and a multifamily. I posted the listing to the best of my abilities but, I would still like to know if theres anything I can do to improve it 

 Filters (tags) on the recently updated site don’t work. The filters under Property Tags (Turnkey, Seller Financing, Portfolio… etc.) are not working. Please fix the error. 

Hello Community,So I have finally locked in a good lead finding software with all the features I need to evaluate a good deal, I have access to Investorlift to help me find accreditied buyers and I have access to double close funding and attorney approved contracts for all my wholesale deals. Heres my question……..When I look for buyers on the GOD MODE section, type in the address of a potential deal. Is there a way I can flat out buy a buyer through Investorlift and start building my list of people to call before I actually post a deal? I just want to start adding people so when I do post the deal I can just have these buyers ready to go? If so, what steps will I need to do to make sure I am finding accurate phone numbers and/or emails? is this information guaranteed good on the first skip or first pull?

Hi,  We love Investorlift, and would find so much value in it if we could integrate with Close CRM.  We have a few specific features we would love to do, with exporting specific leads interested in specific addresses that we want to sync up into Close, so we can do big batch texting, and calling and keep the recordings of the calls and text. etc.  We do not have Zapier.  Is this something we can make happen?Sincerely,  Tiffany GilsbachWe Buy Houses Anywhere

Hey guys,I’m our Admin for IL and have a team of 3 Dispo Agents who I’ve created user accounts for. At our company, once a property is acquired, any Dispo Agent has the ability to sell any of our properties. We just started with IL a couple weeks ago, and I noticed only 1 of us can publish the property. Which makes sense, however I have a team that each individually markets our deals to their Buyers. And that seems impossible on IL. I’ve tried first come first serve--we get an inquiry, whoever gets to it first gets it--but it’s causing issues amongst them. I can’t assign them each their own property to push, as that wouldn’t be fair either--some deals have a larger spread than others. I’m hoping to hear any suggestions from users that have a team working with them, and how to resolve the issue of a fair playing field. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Anybody else not getting any responses from the messenger? I’ve noticed that since the messenger was launched I get less replies and less interactions compared to the old messages. Not sure if the buyer is not getting the message or we are not getting the reply...

I have a very important question as I want to use the platform for both posting my own deals DTS and working with JV partners to help them if they don’t have access to find a vetted buyer. How do we check if the property I already posted on investor lift without waiting for a reply back from support that it is?As you know some people aren’t very upfront and won’t reveal things until it’s too late. To prevent this and not get my LITE account banned from posting deals already listed. Who can I contact or how do I check if an address is already listed? Thanks in advance.

Hi yesterday I got my first contract signed.  I have my info in draft status.  Waiting on pics and videos to post.  Do successful Dispo managers show the property address or have them request to see the address?

I am looking to purchase credits as of right now but, when I press purchase I am given a server error code. I also am aware there is an error with document uploading. Are these only happening to me?
