Hello Community,So I have finally locked in a good lead finding software with all the features I need to evaluate a good deal, I have access to Investorlift to help me find accreditied buyers and I have access to double close funding and attorney approved contracts for all my wholesale deals. Heres my question……..When I look for buyers on the GOD MODE section, type in the address of a potential deal. Is there a way I can flat out buy a buyer through Investorlift and start building my list of people to call before I actually post a deal? I just want to start adding people so when I do post the deal I can just have these buyers ready to go? If so, what steps will I need to do to make sure I am finding accurate phone numbers and/or emails? is this information guaranteed good on the first skip or first pull?

Hello Patrick,Great question! You can start building your buyer list before posting a deal using God Mode, and the best part is that you can add buyers for free. Here’s how:✅ Access God Mode.✅ Input the address in the "Search by Address" field to define your target market. This can range from a specific street address to a city, county, or state, ensuring tailored results.✅ Use the provided phone numbers to contact buyers and request their names and email addresses. The majority of the buyers on God Mode already have a phone number available.✅ If buyers lack a phone number, you can use the skip trace function within God Mode. We recommend tracing company agents since it has a 70% success rate.✅ Click on Link Buyer to start adding them.✅ If there are existing buyers linked to the same LLC, the system will display their information.
