In this article, we'll walk you through how to find leads faster by seeing who's visiting your property and what they're doing. Think of it as understanding who is coming to your storefront and window-shopping or browsing inside. Learn how to leverage Artemis Mode to close deals faster.

 

What is Artemis Mode?

 

Artemis Mode provides disposition managers with a powerful tool to gain valuable insights into the activity on your property listings. With Artemis, users can monitor who's viewing their properties, pinpoint specific areas of interest, and gauge the duration of their engagement. This invaluable feature allows you to:

  • Identify interested parties and assess their level of interest.
  • Analyze which aspects of your listings garner the most attention.
  • Differentiate between casual browsers and serious prospects.
  • Personalize communication and follow-up strategies based on buyer behavior.

Artemis Mode includes a comprehensive potential buyer list, representing leads walking into your online store waiting to be engaged with. This provides a centralized platform to manage and prioritize interactions with interested individuals.  This efficiency enables disposition managers to close deals faster.

 

 

Where can I find Artemis Mode?​​​​​​​

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the Property tab on the left-hand side.
  3. Select the property you’d like to investigate further
     

     

  4.  Click the Artemis Mode (Hot Buyers) button in the upper right corner.


Exploring Artemis Mode
 

Artemis Mode is divided into two sections: My Deal and Deals Nearby.

My Deal

This section displays all the buyers who have shown interest in your property. For each buyer, we track every second and every click they make on the property. This allows you to see which buyer is the most interested from your list.

Deals Nearby

This section displays buyers who haven’t seen your deal but have been shopping in the area and are therefore interested in buying.

 


Using Filters in Artemis Mode

Artemis Mode's filters let you refine your search to be more precise. You can filter buyers based on:

  • Buyer Score: This metric reflects the overall activity and engagement level of the buyer with your property. It is important to note that a high score does not necessarily indicate the quality of the buyers. To aid in the identification of high-quality buyers, we are developing a new filter that will enable you to locate buyers who have previously made offers on Investorlift.
  • Time Spent on Listing: This filter allows you to see the duration each buyer has spent viewing your property listing. Typically, buyers who spend more time reviewing the listing are those with higher levels of interest.
  • Images Viewed: This filter enables you to ascertain which photos of your property have captured the buyers’ attention, providing insights into the aspects of your property that are of particular interest to them.

Additionally, you have the option to further customize your analysis by selecting specific actions that are of importance to you. The Event Types filter offers a wide range of events to choose from.

  • One particularly useful event is New Offer Created, which helps you identify buyers who have previously made offers on our platform, indicating that they are likely to be legitimate cash buyers.
  • Property Viewed displays buyers who have browsed through the listing.
  • Property Image Viewed highlights buyers who have spent time examining the images of your property.
  • Property Address Requested and Inquiry Sent efer to buyers who request the property address and those who want precise information about the property. You can also find them in Property Inquiries on the main menu of the platform
  • Clicks from Email will show buyers who have clicked on your property link from an email campaign.
  • Property Added to Favorites and Open House Registered are self-explanatory, assisting you in identifying buyers who have marked a property as their favorite or those who have registered for an open house.

🔎If some of these options are not visible in your account, it indicates that these actions have not yet been taken by the listed buyers.

 

 

Purchase Buyers
 

Pro users can now unlock buyers in Artemis Mode that were previously inaccessible. With this innovative feature, you can expand your buyer list beyond current matches. If you come across a potential buyer who isn't already on your list, you can now add them instantly for 5000 Investorlift Credits per buyer. However, Falcon, Lieutenant, and Cartel accounts have access to this data for free. ​​​​​​​This new capability empowers you to customize and grow your network of buyers, ensuring quick and efficient connections with ideal purchasers. 

To add buyers to your list:

  1. Find the buyer you would like to add within Artemis Mode.
  2. Click on the Unlock Buyer button next to their name.
  3. A prompt will appear for confirmation; click on Purchase.
  4. Complete the transaction, and the buyer will be added to your list, ready for you to reach out.

If you don’t have enough credits, you’ll be prompted to add more credits to your account.

Making Contact with Leads
 

Once you've identified a potential buyer, you might notice a check mark next to their phone number, indicating that the buyer's phone number has already been verified. Additionally, you'll find three dots next to the buyer's information. Clicking on these dots will give you options to Report Buyer, View Buyer Profile, Add a Note, or Text Buyer.

When you scroll down and find a lead, get a good understanding of their interest by checking what type of property they're looking for. Maybe the property they requested the address for has a big backyard, and so does yours – this is your moment. Grab that buyer's info and give them a call. Contacting them directly by phone is the best approach to showcase your property and measure their interest. This is where things get exciting – someone who was just browsing could become seriously interested in your property after that call.

The power of human connection should never be underestimated. Preparing a concise and persuasive script allows wholesalers to deliver a compelling sales pitch during phone conversations. It is essential to be attentive to the prospect's needs, actively listen to their concerns, and address them effectively. Building rapport through personalized conversations enhances the chances of securing a successful deal.
