BatchLeads, BatchDialer, Propstream and Propwire

I been using Deal Machine. The information and subscription plans are the best. I use it myself to see extensive data beyond what other platforms provide like education background, LLC information, friends and relative associations and more. I also use it with one of my clients to manage their lead flow for cold calling services and it gets them at least 5-10 booked appointments a week. I don’t think you can really go wrong with either Batchleads or Propstream, I use both and they are valuable tools for analyzing potential deals and lead sources. By no means is this a commercial for it but I would recommend trying Propwire as well. It is free so have found some glitchy issues like having to refresh the screen quite a bit, but it too has excellent features and is pretty easy to navigate.

And of course other free sources for leads like city liens, and publicly filed probate and foreclosure information.
