I was curious on if there is a way to send a mass email to my buyers list. To see if there was anyone interested in jv opportunities. Realistically 60-70% of the buyers are most likely wholesalers

Thank you for reaching out! Yes, it is possible to send a campaign targeting wholesalers. You just need to start a marketing campaign as usual. When you get to the section to Select buyers with tags, you’ll find a tag labeled "Wholesaler." This will allow you to send your deal specifically to buyers tagged as wholesalers who might be interested in JV opportunities.
Regarding sending a mass email to your entire buyer list, unfortunately, that won’t be possible. Our system has limitations for marketing campaigns, and emails are only sent to buyers when a property matches their buy box.

You can send blast emails for New Deal, Price Reduced, New Open House, and Open House Rescheduled.
