Sales is all about building genuine, human connections. AI can’t replace the personal touch that’s key to building trust and rapport with prospects. That said, AI-assisted tools like JustCall, Aircall, and Trellus are designed more as productivity enhancers than standalone agents. They focus on streamlining workflows, providing call insights, and assisting with coaching—not replacing human voices entirely.

I agree with ​@Sherman Ledesma! The only part I like about cold-calling is the networking opportunity.

Apps like JustCall have been helpful for us but they won’t do the real work for you.

These apps are great if you’re working at high VOLUME. Key word. If it’s just you dialing for yourself, an AI assistant won’t move the needle much. 

The larger your team and volume of dials, the more these tools help streamline and analyze your workflow.

Now there is a Thin Line most people are not watching when using these Ai productes. Remember every industry is different. 

I’ve tried them, and at the end of the day, this is a relationship-based business. People like talking to people, period. When you’re speaking to a machine or pressing a button to choose an option, the interaction loses its personal touch—you become just another number.

We thrive on emotional connection, and AI simply can’t replicate that. To top it off, the cost of these tools is about the same, if not higher, than traditional methods. For me, it’s just not worth it. YES HEARD that might be legal or illegal depending on the state and how it's used!!

I wanted to add - That's just for cold calling. For everything else, systems and AI-driven processes are a must to cut down tasks that used to take hours. Right now, I'm using Nova App it has multiple AI to work wonders!
