Yea Sherman, I couldn’t agree more. I had one that due to some uncertainty about the seller’s commitment to execute I posted the deal but I didn’t initiate an outbound campaign. I was introduced to 12 new buyers I spoke with and learned their criteria so I can provide them with higher value opportunities going forward. Without this platform it is highly unlikely I would have ever connected with these investors.
