How access multi-family properties in investorlift?

Hello Community, I’m Maine Williams, and I am lost as to where and how to begin in this wonderful real estate world as a wholeseller and investor… I recently lost my W2 as a Train Conductor and I have a -$467 bank account. Where do I begin? And, how? No hand-outs, please. I need a leg up.

Hey Guy’sIs anybody use an AI to call buyers from the platform, send them texts and  do follow ups calls ?I would appriciate your feedbacks on this one.

I’m trying to list a property on investorlift lite and it wont let me switch the state, it says its linked to the street address and will switch automatically when you enter the street address, however it doesn't switch to the correct state. How do I fix this? Any help is appreciated!

I just reached out to a buyer found through Artemis Mode via the text. When I talked to him on the phone I confirmed that the messages I've send have NOT be received. This is disappointing

In the past few weeks all text campaigns to buyers via platform aren’t effective, I’m not getting any responses or calls, while several weeks ago response rate was much better, just want to know if it’s working for other users.

The VIP selection on campaign is now gone. Which in my opinion is ridiculous that this option has been eliminated from the options. Why was the reason for this? Thanks

Hello everyone, new here!Just came across the news about the proposed HUD budget cuts and potential elimination of Section 8 assistance, and it got me thinking…For those of you who target rental buyers, especially ones who work with Section 8, are you seeing this as a threat to valuations and cash flow… or are you positioning it as an opportunity to pick up distressed inventory and pivot toward workforce housing or flips?Personally, I think this could shake out a lot of passive investors and open doors for more creative deal-making. But I’d love to hear from those who’ve been through policy shifts before or operate in Section 8-heavy markets.

Hello Community,I have access to Investorlift LITE and everyday I learn something new while using it. Lately, I been thinking even though I only have access to the LITE version, how do I utilize it properly to find those buyers I need to find in the sea of fake buyers, those just browsing and get to those who are looking for their next investment? I was thinking. Is there a way to see reviews about buyers before I add them to my list or decide to rent those buyers when I have a property under contract? Can I see how many stars they have attached to their profile? I see that everything is HIDDEN until you purchase the buyers. I am finding that I do take the risk but I am losing money when I find out that its another wholesaler using the platform to JV with people or the buyer has no reviews or stars and has only been browsing the platform to increase their score.What are your thoughts on knowing which buyers to buy/rent knowing you wont know if its a good buyer u

Hello Community,I have an very important topic to cover. How do beginner buyers have such a huge deal score when they havent completed no deals. I came across a buyer who I spoke with on the phone who said he has access to only LITE mode but his buyer score was 26,888, which means he has done over 20 deals. Correct? Because one deal equals 1,000 points right? I had a 20 min conversation with him and he said he has done no deals and was only browsing my posted deals to get a better ideal of how the system works? Then when I hung up I realized his persona and details did not match his score? How is that possible?

Hello Community,I am seeking some guidance as I do not want to keep putting money into “renting or buying buyers” if the ones I pick are either tire kickers and want free leads or just another wholesaler wasting my time. My question is, do you think its much better to select buyers with reviews already abotu them? And if so, what amount of stars signals a serious investor one star, two star or more than three stars reviews? Seeking guidance as I am having no luck with the buyers I have added and might need some structure to get bette results. Thanks in advance.

Hi,Signed up, couldn’t get past step three to find the “buy box”.  Sent a couple messages, and had a bad response to the question then no response when I clarified.  There is zero direction in the instructions where to find this “buy box”.  I took Polina’s onboarding course.  Found out there should have been a taskbar for me that showed a dashboard.  There was not.  Then I got out of the site so I could log back in, thinking a reset would be helpful.  Couldn’t log back in with the credentials I had just set up.  Got an email back from Lais.  Clicked into the “community” link from her email, and I got a security and privacy message.  After exhausting all avenues, I went ahead and clicked on the link that said to go there anyway.  I came back saying not available at this time.  Still waiting to hear from anyone.  This is not particularly user friendly apparently.

Hello Investorlift Team,I have used my credits to market a deal and I am not able to reach more people that I thought. When I run a different campaign, first was AI and I get 5 out of 25 people interested. Then I ran another campaign using just SMS and was able to reach 5 more. I even tried Artemis Mode; and started adding people using my credits. I feel like I have exhausted my credits and cant add any more buyers,Do I just continue to refill my credits to add more people from Artemis Mode? I need tips and tricks to get buyers interested to the point that they are responding, right now I am only getting “address-requests”.And if you can how do I work with VIP and Vetted Realtors who are buyers aka work with buyers to help me sell my deal? How does it work with a real estate agent when connecting with a buyer?

I was curious on if there is a way to send a mass email to my buyers list. To see if there was anyone interested in jv opportunities. Realistically 60-70% of the buyers are most likely wholesalers 

Hello Investorlift Team,I have a question about having my own buyers list, the list that I am building from renting buyers or unlocking buyers using my credits. Is there another way that I can select multiple buyers and then run another campaign if I do a price reduction or want to inform them all of any changes? I see the only option is to add them to a campaign one-by-one which is too tedious for me to add 100 buyers if my list is too long. Please help.
