3D Vid Tours & Inspections For Every Deal?

hey all! i’ve heard that the matterports or 3d tours can help the deal move way faster, as well as inspections. who are the go-to services for matterports, vids & pics for the best rate? also for cheapest inspections? it seems like you can come out of pocket $600 - $1k per deal & as we all know deals can blow up one way or another. just trying to gauge best practices with these things so i dont bleed money. maika

Address Request SMS Notifications

I've encountered an issue for the past 7-8 months where I no longer receive address request notifications via text. This problem started unexpectedly, and despite efforts, hasn't been resolved. Initially, when I joined InvestorLift 2 years ago, I would receive these notifications through SMS on my personal iphone, which was very convenient for my workflow. However, now I only get notifications through email. I would greatly appreciate if somebody know how to fix this issue with twilio as investorlift support cant really help me at all

Frequent Freezing and not able to save progress

Does anyone else experience Investor Lift freezing especially when inputting a new property?  I usually have to save a new entry 15-20 times while inputting so I don’t lose my progress.  I have cleared my cache, software updates on my brand new MacBook Pro.   I do use Safari and tried other search engines such as Chrome and that doesn't seem to help.  Any help would be appreciated!

Important Update on Adding Photos to New Listings:

If you've noticed some changes in how images are added to new listings recently, you're not alone. After the latest update, many users experienced errors when trying to upload pictures, and listings were getting stuck in drafts.I encountered the same issue but was fortunate enough to attend a Q&A session with Jade, where she walked us through the new process. It turns out there's been a valuable enhancement!Previously, we had the option to set the main image right from the start. Now, there's a more detailed and efficient approach: the system allows you to add a description to each picture, providing additional context or notes for every image. Plus, to select a main image, all you have to do is click the star icon in the upper left corner of the desired picture.This small but powerful change adds flexibility and clarity, making it easier to manage your listings visually. Thanks to Jade's guidance, I'm confident that this update will streamline the process moving forward!

Keep having "server error" when putting a deal to pending

Hi, I keep getting “server error” anytime I put a deal into Pending and I input the buyer’s info. Anyone know why this is and how to fix it?  Thanks,Karan

Investorlift Issues recently?

We have noticed in the last few weeks that our inquiries have gone down about 80% and we have not changed anything with our marketing campaigns! Also our “views” and when you go to artemis mode to see who viewed your property numbers do not match up. Lastly when sending campaigns in will show a number like “7000+” and when we send them it send it to 0 buyers when we have not even reached our campaign quota. Is anyone having these issues as well, or something similar?

Buyers' Offers

If a buyer send me an offer for one of my properties, and the offer is also at asking price (but it’s not the “win it now” option), are they obligated to follow through? This happened a couple of days ago and ever since I have been trying to get in contact with the buyer through phone calls/text messages but without any response from him at all. Any ideas or suggestions?

Using investor lift for wholesaler out reach?

I know in theory it would not provide straight line value to investor lift to provide wholesaler contact info, but since jv partnerships and buying from wholesalers is so big in our business model we would like to be able to access that more streamlined- would even pay for it. Is there a way to be able to use this platform to supplement to our out side sales rep agent to be able to get ahold of more wholesalers- if not i think it would provide more value to costumers to increase retention as well as sales as this is a huge money making problem to solve.
