Hi,

Signed up, couldn’t get past step three to find the “buy box”.  Sent a couple messages, and had a bad response to the question then no response when I clarified.  There is zero direction in the instructions where to find this “buy box”.  I took Polina’s onboarding course.  Found out there should have been a taskbar for me that showed a dashboard.  There was not.  Then I got out of the site so I could log back in, thinking a reset would be helpful.  Couldn’t log back in with the credentials I had just set up.  Got an email back from Lais.  Clicked into the “community” link from her email, and I got a security and privacy message.  After exhausting all avenues, I went ahead and clicked on the link that said to go there anyway.  I came back saying not available at this time.  

Still waiting to hear from anyone.  This is not particularly user friendly apparently.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration and confusion you've encountered. That is absolutely not the onboarding experience we strive to provide, and I appreciate your patience as we work to make this right. It’s seems the onboarding video you watched contained information for the admin/wholesaler site instead of the buyer side.

 

Here is a guide on how you can log in and update your buy box:

 

To log in up on your buyer account, go to https://investorlift.com/, and follow these quick steps:

  1. Click on Log in:

 

 

  1. Enter your email address and click continue or select Log in with Google.

 

 

  1. Enter your password and click continue. In case you need to reset the password, click on Forgot password

 

 

Once logged in you can update your buy box by clicking the Buy Box button next to the search bar. A table will appear, allowing you to adjust your buy locations, Price Range, property type, etc..

 

 

After tou have made the changes click on Save Buy Box.

HI Silvia, thank you.  I actually had a friend help me figure it out.  There was something wrong, and I don’t even remember what it was.  He is good with systems, and current investorlift user.  So I’m good, and appreciate the support.
