How to Build Profile Scores?

I am sure the data gurus will have far more informed insights, but from a fellow simple user I can tell you that I see those “buyers” with a lot of activity - meaning interactions, property inquiries, messages, offers that by massive activity seem to generate high user scores. I have posted previously on one particular guy in Chicago who routinely posts photos of him, his checks, and his lambo on Facebook. He is in my buyers list under numerous profiles with slightly different names. So he responds to every post, and seems to get credit for those responses(?) Maybe I am wrong, but he has a high score because of a high degree of activity.

Yeah he only said he has been granted access to LITE MODE for only 4 months but with no deals. I think this needs to be adjusted to match with those who are only verified for closing deals through the platform that does not include outside influence like name association or LLC affiliation with other deals outside of the platform.

Yeah ​@Lais Laudari attached is the buyer I met. I have no clue how he has such a how score with no deals completed.

Have you taken into consideration when you request a property or submit a offer you get points? That's also how your score goes up

​@Dispomoneymike so you get 1,000 points for address request? How much you get for submitting an offer?

this buyer was viewing my property listing so he requested it earned points and spent time viewing the pictures. So for this he earned 1332 pointes

The Buyer Score on our platform is a reflection of overall activity and engagement, not just closed deals. While completed deals do contribute significantly (each deal equals 1,000 points), there are many other valuable actions that buyers can take on the platform which also contribute to their score

Here’s how it works:

• Every activity a buyer performs whether it's viewing a property, opening images, requesting an address, or submitting an offer, earns points.

• Each activity can range from 1 to 1,000 points, depending on the action and its level of intent.

• For example, submitting an offer is a high-intent action and earns 1,000 points, just like a completed deal.

In the case of the buyer you mentioned, we reviewed his profile and can confirm that:

• He has been active on the platform since February of this year.

• He regularly views a high number of properties and images.

• He frequently requests addresses and has submitted multiple offers.

These types of activities indicate high intent and engagement, which is exactly what the score is designed to capture. So even though this buyer has not yet closed a deal, his consistent activity has naturally elevated his score over time.

This scoring model is meant to help sellers identify not only experienced buyers but also emerging buyers who are serious and highly active, even if they’re new to the game.
