hey all! i’ve heard that the matterports or 3d tours can help the deal move way faster, as well as inspections. who are the go-to services for matterports, vids & pics for the best rate? also for cheapest inspections? it seems like you can come out of pocket $600 - $1k per deal & as we all know deals can blow up one way or another. just trying to gauge best practices with these things so i dont bleed money.
