I’ve been using a Pakistani VA cold calling company. Â
I get leads but most are not what were looking for as wholesalers. Dont get me wrong, every conversation is a opportunity.
However, I hear that it is becoming more likely to be sued if you use cold callers (says the PPC people)
Just looking for steady quality lead flow that doesn’t cost a fortune, or take my entire life!
Any recommendations would be much appreciated.  Â

Cold calling’s getting tougher, and lead quality can be all over the place. A lot of investors are starting to shift toward buyer-backed acquisitions to get more consistent results.
