What is the most efficent workflow to leverage investorlift?
What features of investorlift are you guys typically using the most to work yours leads?
Specifically after the initial blast and fielding the inbounds , when deciding to reach out to more buyers to get your deal in front of how do you decide to choose between investorlift.ai vs god mode vs artemis mode? Where are you seeing the most success out of these three tools and what is the time breakdown between them?
Curious to hear what is working.

We first use the A.I. option.
Next, in Artemis Mode, we look at everyone that opened up a text or an email. We copy ALL of those phone numbers and throw it into ChatGPT to scrub for NAME and PHONE. We then TEXT all of those people. They agreed to be contacted, but if they haven’t text in Investorlift in the past, they will NOT receive a text from the system. We do it manually. We get over a 38% higher contact rate from this.
We look at all FLIPS, 80% ARV in last 12 months filter and look at Linked Buyers in GOD MODE. These are ACTUAL CLOSED DEALS. That is huge and you can see who they worked with and deal they closed.
Lastly, we skip trace buyers in AI to see if they have a second phone number we don’t have on file.

Not to distract the group, but I’m really curious to hear your thoughts on the following:
I’m trying to figure out how we can streamline the entire process for you on Investorlift.ai to save time:
Add views for inbound leads so all leads from Artemis (My Deal) migrate seamlessly
Implement an in-app dialer
Enable emailing the deal to anyone while you’re on the call (SMS only if they’ve opted in)
Add skip-traced linked buyers from God Mode directly into Kanban
Introduce buyer profiles with details such as:
Name of the person
LLC
Number of flips
Number of buy-and-hold properties
A chart showing purchase price distribution
Would these updates help you save time? Or do you see anything missing?
Those are great updates!
The biggest value for dispositions is having the ability to interact with ANYONE that showed ANY KIND of interest in the TARGETED property blast.
The second biggest value is being able to send out a SECOND BLAST to anyone that is maybe a city or county next to the target property. Then, being able to see anyone that showed any interest in that second blast.
Having all the LINKED BUYERS in a very convenient list to the target property rather than individually having to search for them one by one.
Having a way to see if the buyers are receiving texts or not from the system. Like a red or green light so we know if we need to text them from outside Investorlift or not.
Lastly… it would nice to see a see a visual for the target property and all the potential buyers for the area and houses bought to the proximately of the target property. Along any properties sold or recorded sold to the target property. Having all that in a one page view visual that allows you to zoom in and out would be cool.

Targeted Buyer Blast (Within Investor Lite)
Use “God Mode” or buyer filters to identify top buyers:
By geography (county/zip code)
By transaction volume
By asset class (e.g., single-family vs. multifamily)
Send SMS + Email blasts
Use urgency language (“ Priced to Move!”, “ Instant Equity!”)
Include direct links to the deal page
Follow Up with Hot Buyers Directly (text or phone call within 1 hour)
