Build better products with our product team
âIt would be nice if i were able to draw a circle on the map to narrow down the properties I want to look at.â
The wholesaler would like to be able to access all offers. Pagination should be available to access offers from the very first to the last. Currently, you are only able to access the 50 most recent offers.
âStart forcing people to put âtagsâ on their properties. As it stands, basically nobody uses them and I have to play with the other filters to find creative finance deals.â
Allow users to remove or hide unwanted buyers from their Kanban board, especially buyers added automatically through AI outbound. This would help keep the board clean and focused by giving users control over which buyers appear in their workflow, reducing clutter and preventing confusion when irrelevant or unintentional buyers show up.
Be able to itemize all transactions in the export so that each transaction appears as an individual line with full details (date/time, type, cost, user/dispo manager, etc.), matching the Transaction Screen. This removes the current summarization by type and allows clients to run their own pivot tables. The main goal is to let teams analyze how their staff has worked throughout the entire year and how they are using key features like renting buyers and skip tracing.
When we choose âSelect buyers from the listâ to send a marketing campaign, selecting buyers one by one can be tedious and time-consuming. Adding a âSelect Allâ button would greatly streamline the process and make it much more efficient. Â
Often my team uses Artemis Mode to see what is going on in the area before contracting a deal to see if there is even activity in the area. Right now we have to create the property and fill in the info to access it and see what is going on. I think it would be helpful if we could have a search bar set for Artemis mode like God Mode does, that way we can use it as a tool to help on the acquisition side, without having to create a test property to open it.Â
Enable support for Asteroom's 3D Walkthrough domains.
Zip code search on the Deals site for a more efficient property search.
Add a new option for clients to manage draft lead notifications: "Draft Lead." It would be great to have both types of notifications:Draft Leads Completed Leads
InvestorLift would be a game-changer with a real comping tool that includes actual MLS sold data, both on and off-market. No more estimates, just real sold comps, pending sales, and active listings. This is the key feature missing from the platform that could take dispo to the next level...Â
the client wishes organizing photos with drag and drop was much smoother. It's a struggle having to organize multiple photos especially if they have to keep scrolling up and down to move ONE photo. The client says that they have to do this all the time on each photo they need to drag.
I want to be able to filter out deals programmatically. For example, I want to filter deals with low sub-to interest rate. Currently, there is no option to add a filter for this. So, is it possible to provider API access when a deal is listed? I can use LLMs to filter out the deal I want. Currently, Zapier only has APIs for sellers. Thereâs no Zapier access for buyers.
I'm a buyer looking for deals. One issue I face when searching for deals is there no "hide" button on properties. I keep having to go through the same properties again and again every time I open investor lift. It's pretty inefficient. If possible, would you be able to add a hide button in the deal pages?Without a hide button, the AI also assumes that every page I click on is a deal that I like. Having a hide button can help the AI better distinguish between the deals I like vs dislike.
Enable read receipts within the message tab to allow users to see when a recipient has opened or read their message. This would help improve communication tracking and follow-up efficiency.
Iâd like to suggest adding a dark mode option to the Investorlift website. It could improve the user experience, especially for those who prefer a lower-light interface during evening hours or extended use.
đĽ Suggestion, and big shoutout to Investorlift for the efficiency â that's how winners think! In the Beta UI, there's no property search bar built in yet, are you able to add â it's a huge time-saver that should definitely be there. Being able to quickly search and pull up a specific property rather than scrolling through lists is a must when you're moving fast in dispo mode. đââď¸đ¨
Adding a description of a property is absolutely tedious. I used your template and the paragraphs keeps messing around, spacing, bullets, etc. itâs all over the place.. it takes forever to put together a simple description; plus once i save the property, and come back to it, itâs all messed up again.. Utterly frustrating! Please fix this. Thanks
Buyers want the ability to stop receiving blasts in their inbox.Â
Currently, there isnât a way to exclude sub-to deals from the buyers searches or buy boxes. They would like to have this ability.
Offer Status Tracking: Implement an "offer reviewed" indicator and track offer outcomes (accepted, rejected, etc.) in the "offers sent" tab. Offer Notes: Add a private notes section within the "offers" tab for buyers to record their reasoning and analysis behind each offer. Buyer Input Form: Create a form for buyers to input data like ARV, repair estimates, etc., for personal use and for data collection by InvestorLift. Data Utilization: Use collected buyer data to assess pricing accuracy and potentially rate sellers.
âIâm still getting buyers asking how to get the address for the property, and theyâre completely confused. They want the address, but itâs not immediately obvious where to request it. I can see whyâthereâs âRequest Addressâ on the photos, âView Full Addressâ next to the city and county, âMake an Offer,â âWin It For,â and then finally âInquiry.â Thatâs a lot of options, and itâs overwhelming. Simplicity is more. Get rid most of these and replace it with "Submit Address Request". One of the biggest issues is that buyers are using âInquiryâ just to request the address, which isnât its intended purpose thatâs what âRequest Addressâ is for.Honestly, we should remove the inquiry feature altogether because itâs not serving its purpose. The number one reason buyers submit an inquiry is to ask for the address. I get the idea behind having itâmaybe for property-specific questionsâbut how can they know what to ask if they donât even have the address yet?We need to revamp the site so itâs crystal clear, front and center, where buyers can request the address.â
The iMessage property selection feature would be a game-changer, allowing you to filter messages for a specific property. This saves time by eliminating the need to scroll through all conversations. Managing multiple properties can be time-consuming, and this feature streamlines communication for efficiency.
