“I’m still getting buyers asking how to get the address for the property, and they’re completely confused. They want the address, but it’s not immediately obvious where to request it. I can see why—there’s “Request Address” on the photos, “View Full Address” next to the city and county, “Make an Offer,” “Win It For,” and then finally “Inquiry.” That’s a lot of options, and it’s overwhelming. Simplicity is more. Get rid most of these and replace it with "Submit Address Request".
One of the biggest issues is that buyers are using “Inquiry” just to request the address, which isn’t its intended purpose that’s what “Request Address” is for.
Honestly, we should remove the inquiry feature altogether because it’s not serving its purpose. The number one reason buyers submit an inquiry is to ask for the address. I get the idea behind having it—maybe for property-specific questions—but how can they know what to ask if they don’t even have the address yet?
We need to revamp the site so it’s crystal clear, front and center, where buyers can request the address.”
