The iMessage property selection feature would be a game-changer, allowing you to filter messages for a specific property. This saves time by eliminating the need to scroll through all conversations. Managing multiple properties can be time-consuming, and this feature streamlines communication for efficiency.
Are you able to filter “All Chat” per property?
I have had to copy and paste information from existing property listings to create new property listings on investor Lyft and I think that having a section dedicated to templates that you had created for Properties would be key because sometimes I have one that is going to be for a subject to Deal sometimes I have one that is going to be for a straight wholesale deal. This is something that is lacking and takes a considerable amount of time to fine-tune and if you could integrate the fields like address (so you could put @address in the template, and it would autopopulate the template) of the property into the template, that would be a bonus.
Mailchimp has a serious advantage over investorLift right now In that, you can see the specific buyers who clicked your email links and follow up with them. And on the text message side, even companies like SimpleTexting allow you to find this data. InvestorLift needs to get that right away to compete
When working in Artemis Mode, having the ability to select Buyer Tags in this manner allows you to focus solely on the buyer who clicked on the deal or on deals nearby
In Artemis when looking at the list of buyers that expressed interest, if there was a score or indicator of flips they’ve done in the area, if they have done any flips at all, it would help decrease time in knowing which buyers are the most likely to be our buyers and which are tire kickers.
I’ve noticed that when we decline an offer, the automated message simply informs the buyer that their offer was declined, without showing any notes we’ve added. It would be incredibly helpful if Investorlift could provide a feature that allows buyers to see the reasons behind a declined offer. This would enhance transparency and ensure buyers understand the rationale, potentially leading to more informed and constructive negotiations in the future.
It would be helpful to have total amount of property inquiries at the top of the list of inquiries when looking at the inquiry specific page within a property overview. Ex. Click on “Properties” from left side menu, select the specific property, select “Inquiries” from the top menu, and be able to view total amount of inquiries received on the property (for KPI tracking purposes). To add to this it would be helpful to be able to filter by property in the “Inquiries” page from the left side menu. I know you can achieve the same result by going to the specific property and viewing the inquiries from there as mentioned above, but to add ease of user experience it would be helpful to have that available as well.
I have noticed a lot of numbers have been here 3 to 4 years and i guess it needs to be updated. Those with VOIP numbers also, including emails too and their geotagged areas as buyers. Some are even retired or no longer in this business. Just a thought.
Be able to send a text blast by zip code and the ability to choose the surrounding zip codes if needed. Ex. Chicago is a big city with zip codes that have different price points and buyers don’t buy in certain neighborhoods. If there’s a way to narrow it down (by zipcode) that would be helpful in the marketing campaign. If the buyer has the ability to choose which zipcode they want properties from that would also be helpful.
The seller site needs to be optimized for mobile-it is awful. it’s not always realistic to get on the computer. how soon will the mobile app have the seller site integrated? The chat feature is awful for j mobile because it constantly reloads there should be an option to include the walk-through if a wholesaler has one on the initial text blast.
As a wholesaler managing 20-30 properties on Investorlift, I believe it would greatly improve efficiency for disposition managers if the property price was displayed alongside the address on the offers page. This small change would streamline our workflow, allowing us to respond more quickly and effectively to offers. I understand this may be a minor adjustment, but it could significantly enhance our ability to manage multiple properties with ease. Thank you for considering this suggestion to help improve the platform!
Allow users to create a single post that includes multiple property addresses and relevant information in a structured format.Portfolio must be sold as a package and we loose time making 20 listings.1 price, how many units doors, pictures on each one. Enable users to include photos or virtual tours for each property, enhancing the attractiveness of the post. as well, will make it really easy.
Most of our top buyers are looking at our deals while out in the field, driving around from deal to deal. The current mobile interface is difficult for buyers to use. In addition, it forces us to rely on SMS and email marketing to get our deals in front of buyers. If Investorlift released a mobile app, I feel it could drastically improve the buyer experience. In addition, it could give us the ability to have two-way communication with our buyers outside of SMS and email (similar to Airbnb, Uber, or Turo).
I think the credits should just go back to being pegged to the dollar vs being a credit system. It makes it more confusing when trying to figure out how much money you’re spending. I get its 200 credits for $1, and not THAT hard to do the math but what is the upside to have the credits done this way. Might be something I am missing but wanted to share because its a minor frustration that seems unnecessary at first glance.
Hi there! I’ve been using the Messenger app for a while now, and while it’s a great tool for connecting with clients, I’ve noticed a common feedback trend that I’d like to share:Many clients prefer messaging via their phone numbers since they need to be logged in to respond. While downloading the app is an option, it’s currently only available for iPhone users.✨ Suggestion:Could we have an availability status feature to show whether a contact is online or not? This would make communication faster and smoother for sellers like me, allowing us to respond promptly and reduce delays. It would also be great to expand app availability to other platforms for broader accessibility. This tweak would really improve the user experience and help sellers and buyers stay connected more effectively. 😊Let me know your thoughts!
with all these dang daisychainers out there, we need more ability to vet buyers. also, how does it work that someone gets a tag assigned to them like daisy chainer? how many IL users have to mark a person like that to know if it's true? Also when I click on their buyer profile it would be nice if there was a way to quickly see if they had real offers submitted on deals or if they ever uploaded proof of funds and showed actions they are a real buyer or not. Under buyer actions tab you should be able to filter for that but you can't now.
need to include open rate % on each campaign so you can compare and have that data!!!
we need to be able to login on multiple devices at the same time on the seller admin site. Customer service said we can’t as a security measure which makes NO sense at all.
Under the tabs: Buyers, messenger, property inquires, offers…. there needs to be a way to select all and then mark all as read! for example, I’m already getting the text alerts about buyers being added so it’s double work to go in there and mark each one as read.
Make it possible to sort through cash buyers that bought land for development or investment purposes by adding a filter for “land” vs having to sort through to see if there are no bed/bath counts…. even when there isn’t any, it might mean it didn’t upload info correctly from zillow…. a bit time consuming… Maybe there is a way to pull county info showing “no improvements” that would determine that it was a cash deal for land.
