with all these dang daisychainers out there, we need more ability to vet buyers.

also, how does it work that someone gets a tag assigned to them like daisy chainer? how many IL users have to mark a person like that to know if it's true? Also when I click on their buyer profile it would be nice if there was a way to quickly see if they had real offers submitted on deals or if they ever uploaded proof of funds and showed actions they are a real buyer or not. Under buyer actions tab you should be able to filter for that but you can't now.

Thank you for sharing! Your suggestion was forwarded to our Product team!

Hello Palmer,

Thank you for your feedback and questions regarding buyer tags and profile features. I’m happy to provide clarification.

The tags, such as "Daisy Chainer," are added by other wholesalers to help you stay informed about a buyer's actions. Tags can be applied from the very first contact with a buyer. However, we highly recommend checking the Reports History section, where you can review detailed reports made by other wholesalers about the buyer. This information can give you a more comprehensive picture. Please note that after multiple reports, buyers may be banned from the system and lose access to their accounts.

As for verifying offers and proof of funds, you can view this information by clicking on the "Offers" tab in the buyer's profile. This section allows you to see whether the buyer has submitted any offers and if they have uploaded proof of funds.

Additionally, you can check buyer actions to determine if they are real buyers under the Buyer Actions tab, and you can also review the buyer score in the buyer’s profile. The higher the score, the more active the buyer, giving you a quick way to gauge their engagement and reliability.

We appreciate your suggestion about adding filters under the "Buyer Actions" tab for easier access to this information. This was shared with our development team for consideration in future updates.

If you have further questions or additional suggestions, feel free to let us know—we are here to help!

The one thing we can all agree on is we hate Dasiy chaining gang ughhhh right ✅️  but how can we get past these better yet how can we sniff them out so not to waste time on these. When you talk a lot of buyers everyday your wholesaler/Dasiy Chain ⛓️ radar get really good at picking up little details. Actively listen Are you a wholesaler if there is any stuttering or their tone changes for them to try to think of who they are or if you get....oh well I'm an investor if I don't buy then I'll share within my group. Ok so your a wholesale!? Let's just be transparent

I check their profile as well but even then 1 or 2 may get passed you but being aware of these red flags does help a great deal to confirm they are a legit buyer.

Always do your due diligence or it will bite you later also don't be afraid to report them as well if you want the best then get rid of the bad apples
