Just wanted to share something cool I noticed on InvestorLift! They’ve added some new features to the listing process, and honestly, it’s a game-changer for anyone browsing properties.Now, when I post a new listing, there are three new tabs that give extra info for buyers. First up is the Condition tab, which lets me easily tag the property’s state—whether it's in decent shape, needs cosmetic updates, or a complete overhaul. Makes it so much clearer to get a quick read on what the property’s like without a lengthy description.Then there’s the Repair Estimates tab. This is super helpful because it gives buyers a ballpark of what repairs might cost right off the bat.
