I can always help you as well to help you understand with hands on for the best campaign outcome. Have you become IL Certified this will definitely help you tremendously. The highest click rate I have had was 11% , The base is 5%  but the rate I get is 6-8% typically I adjust the numbers and who I'm blasting to since each deal is different.
