I’m looking for a list of the Hedgefund buyers for each specific state, and a contact for each so we can develop buy boxes around those counties to target.  Am i missing something or is the only way to do this through “God Mode”?

Questions-Seeking Answers and Options?

Hello Community,So I have finally locked in a good lead finding software with all the features I need to evaluate a good deal, I have access to Investorlift to help me find accreditied buyers and I have access to double close funding and attorney approved contracts for all my wholesale deals. Heres my question……..When I look for buyers on the GOD MODE section, type in the address of a potential deal. Is there a way I can flat out buy a buyer through Investorlift and start building my list of people to call before I actually post a deal? I just want to start adding people so when I do post the deal I can just have these buyers ready to go? If so, what steps will I need to do to make sure I am finding accurate phone numbers and/or emails? is this information guaranteed good on the first skip or first pull?

Integration with Close CRM

Hi,  We love Investorlift, and would find so much value in it if we could integrate with Close CRM.  We have a few specific features we would love to do, with exporting specific leads interested in specific addresses that we want to sync up into Close, so we can do big batch texting, and calling and keep the recordings of the calls and text. etc.  We do not have Zapier.  Is this something we can make happen?Sincerely,  Tiffany GilsbachWe Buy Houses Anywhere

How to become a pro with a PRO (Plan)

 My team started with the PRO plan since February. We really didn’t know where to start. So we just left it thinking it would do its own thing. But it does not work like that. So some time in June I took the initiative to sit down and understand how this works. I started looking at God mode. Wow, so many contacts but did I have the time or the team to do skip tracing? No! I didn't waste my time there. So I did the Artemis, amazing but this does not come free on a PRO plan. So I dug in deeper and saw Geotagging. It was sort of a way for me to find buyers though this route. I’ll stop here, I'm not spilling the beans on one day. Do you have any thing you’d like to ask? What are the Challenges and Considerations when skip tracing?

Data Decay: Contact information can become outdated quickly, so it’s important to re-skip trace leads periodically. Hit or Miss: Not all leads will return accurate data, especially if the owner is particularly private or has recently changed contact information. email blast frequency

I find it extremely not cool how Investorlift controls when you can reblast a deal again when you have a price reduction-every 4 days? What is circumstances warrant doing it in 2 or 3 days and you’re on a tight timeline to close and you had to do it sooner? I think that’s excessively controlling and a big turn off and totally unnecessary.

Make sure to follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) rules, especially regarding Do Not Call (DNC) lists. You can use services like the Federal DNC Registry to scrub your lists. Develop effective cold calling scripts tailored to the type of lead (e.g., absentee owner, pre-foreclosure, etc.) and practice them to sound natural. Keep detailed records of your calls and plan for follow-ups. Most deals happen after multiple contacts. Always do follow up this most likely gets you that sale.
