Hello,

So I have a question as I want to be able to get an end buyer from this platform to conduct their inspection and get feedback. Can I submit a “Option Agreement” or “Letter of Intent” although I feel a option agreement with a seller will have more impact with the end buyer.

I know the platform suggests using a “purchase and sale” agreement but in some cases or some deals I wouldn't want to waste the sellers time and end buyers time if it does not work out for whatever reason through a standard purchase and sale agreement. I would like to maintain my reputation as good standing.

I want to use to an ‘Option Agreement” with the seller to show intent so that I can schedule an inspection date with an end buyer. Then once the end buyer or buyers are satisfied and wish to move forward I would then have the seller complete a “purchase and sale” agreement and submit that as proof that the deal is official. Can I use an option agreement as proof that I am the contract holder? Does this suffice to submit a property for marketing to buyers on this platform. Thanks in advance

Example of Option Agreement

Hi @Patrick Lee!
I'll have more information here for you soon!

Hey @Patrick Lee!
The answer is yes, the assignment agreement is an option agreement.
Let me know if I can help you with anything else!

Hi @Patrick Lee,

Thank you so much for the waiting time.

Yes, the assignment agreement functions as an option agreement. You can use it to demonstrate intent and proceed with scheduling an inspection with an end buyer. Once the buyer is ready to move forward, you would then complete a purchase and sale agreement with the seller to finalize the deal.

Let us know if you need further clarification!

Best,
Elory

@Elory @Lais Laudari you both are very helpful. Amen.
