Agree, on this platform there are plenty of guardrails to protect against the nonsense most of us dealt with on other public social media platforms, where I would never post the address unless I want every wholesaler in the area to try and go around me. It only has happened to me once so not sure I would worry that much about it, but why even waste time on ineffective platforms full of fake buyers. Time wasted on fake buyers is better spent finding the next deal...

Once the buyer agrees, the seller can either send the address automatically or manually approve the request. However, the best practice is to send the address automatically to avoid any delays in the process.

I don't give the full address:1- This why it gives you an edge of engagement with the Buyers having that one on one. 2- if they request it they are more likely to buy the deal plus buyers agree to the disclaimer before receiving the address.. 3- stops fake buyers/ wholesalers from getting your deal to try to sell it.
