Verifying Properties: Checking The List

I have a very important question as I want to use the platform for both posting my own deals DTS and working with JV partners to help them if they don’t have access to find a vetted buyer. How do we check if the property I already posted on investor lift without waiting for a reply back from support that it is?As you know some people aren’t very upfront and won’t reveal things until it’s too late. To prevent this and not get my LITE account banned from posting deals already listed. Who can I contact or how do I check if an address is already listed? Thanks in advance.

 As part of my real estate investment strategy, I explored multiple outreach methods to connect with potential buyers. Initially, I relied on cold calling through platforms like Artemis or using the God Mode feature on Investorlift, but quickly found that most calls ended up going to voicemail. After analyzing human behavior, I realized that people tend to engage more with text messages than with unsolicited phone calls or emails.This insight led me to integrate Twilio into the Investorlift platform, allowing me to send property links directly to potential buyers via SMS. This method proved to be far more effective than cold calling, as recipients are more likely to open and read a text message. The result?
