Here’s how to make your post irresistible to buyers—even sight unseen:

Buyers don’t like guessing games. Make it easy for them to say yes:

  • Vacant or tenant-occupied at closing?

  • Roof, HVAC, electrical, plumbing—what’s the condition?

  • HOA fees, zoning, lot size? Include it all!
