Introduce a Mobile App for BuyersIn Development

Most of our top buyers are looking at our deals while out in the field, driving around from deal to deal. The current mobile interface is difficult for buyers to use. In addition, it forces us to rely on SMS and email marketing to get our deals in front of buyers. If Investorlift released a mobile app, I feel it could drastically improve the buyer experience. In addition, it could give us the ability to have two-way communication with our buyers outside of SMS and email (similar to Airbnb, Uber, or Turo).

Make sure to follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) rules, especially regarding Do Not Call (DNC) lists. You can use services like the Federal DNC Registry to scrub your lists. Develop effective cold calling scripts tailored to the type of lead (e.g., absentee owner, pre-foreclosure, etc.) and practice them to sound natural. Keep detailed records of your calls and plan for follow-ups. Most deals happen after multiple contacts. Always do follow up this most likely gets you that sale.

As part of my real estate investment strategy, I explored multiple outreach methods to connect with potential buyers. Initially, I relied on cold calling through platforms like Artemis or using the God Mode feature on Investorlift, but quickly found that most calls ended up going to voicemail. After analyzing human behavior, I realized that people tend to engage more with text messages than with unsolicited phone calls or emails.This insight led me to integrate Twilio into the Investorlift platform, allowing me to send property links directly to potential buyers via SMS. This method proved to be far more effective than cold calling, as recipients are more likely to open and read a text message. The result? A noticeable increase in both property views and inquiries, which translated into more actionable leads.By using SMS marketing, I was able to reach a larger audience in a more efficient and personalized way, all while saving time and effort compared to traditional outreach methods.T
