Ensuring that your buyer is legitimate and experienced is a crucial step in closing successful real estate deals. Investorlift makes this process simple and efficient. Follow the steps below to vet a buyer’s credibility using their buyer profile and LLC information.

Step-by-Step Guide to Vetting Buyers

1. Access the Buyer's Profile

  • Click on the buyer’s name anywhere it appears on the platform.

  • This will open the Buyer's Profile, which contains information about their activity and history on Investorlift.

2. Request and Enter Their LLC Information

  • Ask the buyer: “What LLC do you usually use for deals?”

  • Once you have the information, go to the LLC Information tab on their profile.

  • Enter the provided LLC name into the designated field.

3. Review the Buyer’s Flip History and Rental Portfolio

  • After entering a valid LLC, click on the Flip History section of the buyer’s profile.

  • You will see:

    • The company’s flip history, including completed transactions.

    • Details about their current rental portfolio, if applicable.

This data provides insight into the buyer’s experience level and activity in the market, helping you determine whether they’re a good fit for your deal.

Thanks for this, just to be clear because I don’t see an LLC tab. I do see in the first tab, “Edit Buyer” under the 4th line: Company Name there a line that reads “Want to vet the buyer? Add LLC or individual here”. And there is a button to the right that says Link Profile. I believe you are saying if that company is in the system it may bring in more information to the Flip History and Buyer History tabs.

Hi Peter, thank you for the clarification. You want to add their LLC name in the tab that says “ Want to vet the buyer? Add LLC or individual here.”

If their company information is in God Mode, click Link Profile to connect it to their account.

This will provide you with significantly more information in their “Flip History” tab.

Awesome, thanks!
