Step-by-Step Guide to Vetting Buyers

1. Access the Buyer's Profile

Click on the buyer’s name anywhere it appears on the platform.

This will open the Buyer's Profile, which contains information about their activity and history on Investorlift.

2. Request and Enter Their LLC Information

Ask the buyer: “What LLC do you usually use for deals?”

Once you have the information, go to the LLC Information tab on their profile.

Enter the provided LLC name into the designated field.

3. Review the Buyer’s Flip History and Rental Portfolio

After entering a valid LLC, click on the Flip History section of the buyer’s profile.

You will see:

The company’s flip history, including completed transactions.

Details about their current rental portfolio, if applicable.
