Tip #1: Create an Attractive Posting!

Think like a buyer! To attract serious offers, your listings need to stand out. Use high-quality visuals—great main pictures, 30-50 detailed photos, video walkthroughs, and even 3D tours. Include all the details a buyer would want to know, like comps and inspection reports, and explain the numbers. For example, justify your ARV of $350k or repair costs of $20k directly in the description. Don't forget a clear call to action—let buyers know who to contact and how! Tip #2: Market, Market, Market!

Don’t just post your deal and hope for the best—actively market it! Did you know text marketing is 14 times more effective than emails? Make texting your go-to method.
