When I first started, my buyer’s list was small, and like many of you, I thought I just needed to make things look good. However, I quickly realized that if I wanted consistent results, I needed to focus on my network. I began by uploading my own contacts into InvestorLift, which was a great start, but then I discovered the Buyer Geo-Tagging Tool in the Buyer tab. This tool changed everything.
Using geo-tagging, I could pinpoint buyers in specific areas and reach out directly. So I took the time to send each one a message, sharing my listings.
