As a Dispo Manager, I’ve been at this for about 5-6 months, and there’s one crucial thing I’ve learned: building a solid buyer’s list is the foundation of success on InvestorLift PRO. I know it’s tempting to spend time making each listing look amazing (and there’s nothing wrong with that!), but if no one’s there to see it, what’s the point?

Many of us have joined the Dispo Master Class and learned great techniques that can make things feel almost too easy. But here’s a reality check: no amount of polish on a listing will replace the power of an engaged buyer's list.

When I first started, my buyer’s list was small, and like many of you, I thought I just needed to make things look good. However, I quickly realized that if I wanted consistent results, I needed to focus on my network. I began by uploading my own contacts into InvestorLift, which was a great start, but then I discovered the Buyer Geo-Tagging Tool in the Buyer tab. This tool changed everything.

Using geo-tagging, I could pinpoint buyers in specific areas and reach out directly. So I took the time to send each one a message, sharing my listings. Here’s the great part: every buyer who opens your link is automatically added to your list. This strategy helped me grow from 1,000 buyers to nearly 1,900 – all in a matter of weeks!

So, if you’re on PRO and thinking the hard part is over, I challenge you to double down on building your buyer network. Remember: the most beautiful listing is wasted without eyes on it. Put in the effort to build that list, use the tools available, and you’ll see the impact on your deals. It’s the best investment in your future success!

Thank you for sharing your journey and strategies as a Dispo Manager! Your post highlighted a critical point : the true power of an engaged buyer's list.
Your experience with the Buyer Geo-Tagging Tool and its impact on growing your buyer base is truly inspiring. Focusing on building a strong network over simply enhancing listings is a valuable reminder for everyone, and we’re grateful for your willingness to share this approach.
We’re proud to have you in the InvestorLift community and appreciate your contribution in helping others succeed.

Thanks again for inspiring us all @Sherman Ledesma!
