Just wanted to share something cool I noticed on InvestorLift! They’ve added some new features to the listing process, and honestly, it’s a game-changer for anyone browsing properties.
Now, when I post a new listing, there are three new tabs that give extra info for buyers. First up is the Condition tab, which lets me easily tag the property’s state—whether it's in decent shape, needs cosmetic updates, or a complete overhaul. Makes it so much clearer to get a quick read on what the property’s like without a lengthy description.
Then there’s the Repair Estimates tab. This is super helpful because it gives buyers a ballpark of what repairs might cost right off the bat. No more guessing or trying to mentally add up the renovation costs; it’s all laid out clearly.
Finally, there’s Repair Estimate Max, which I think is great for anyone trying to budget thoroughly. This gives the higher-end repair number, so you get a good sense of the maximum investment required. It’s ideal for seeing the full picture and planning your numbers carefully.
Honestly, I think these new tabs make it way easier to find solid properties without the hassle of extra research upfront. I’m excited to see how this feature will help both buyers and myself move forward with better information!
