We all want to get more done in less time. To that end, in Product Inquiry, Artemis Mode and any other communications section, we need to add a button for a QR, Quick Reply.In Artemis Mode’s “Deals Nearby” as we are calling potential buyers we should have a buttons that instantly sends the deal right to them so that as we are talking we can review it live.
Mobile app for sellers side-this is coming in Jan I hear? I constantly add buyers one at a time through mailchimp mobile app, will the app update allow me to do that also? that's so key to be able to do on the go. and also have messaging available through the mobile app.
Investorlift - I have the auto send address setting on for when a buyer request an address so I don’t have to manually send the address each time when a buyer request a property address.However, when looking at the “PROPERTY INQUIRIES” tab it doesn’t show that those buyers have been sent the property address with the confirmation “response sent” like if I do it manually. Which causes a bit of confusion if the address was sent or not.Can you all update the system to put the notification “response sent” or “auto response sent” so we users know the address request was fulfilled and completed please? Thanks!
It would be cool if we could filter out the bed and bath county more clearly. Currently you can selected 2+ so you wont see any 1 beds but you will see 3,4 and beds. It would be cool if we could filter it to 2 beds only.
I just "bought" a buyer from Artemis mode for 5,000 credits and upon looking at the buyer their email says unsubscribed and sms is not opt-ed in. Not sure why it gave us the ability to purchase this buyer if we can't contact this buyer. Resulting in an unfortunate waste of credits for me as the user.Please update investorlift to somehow allow for us not to be able to buy or at least filter when buying or renting buyer if they have unsubscribed/opted out.
It would cool be cool if you had an “instant connect” option when someone was looking at a property. Example. Buyer was on the website and they click on your property ad. They see “Connect Now” to discuss property. They click that and it instantly connects the Dispositions Manager.
I understand why the current tags are set and those make sense, but it would be nice to have a separate field to create our own Custom Tags that would be unique to our account and only visible to us. For example we have a small, cultivated list of VIP buyers that we would like to call first between sending to VIPs on Lift and Vetted buyers. These are people who may not have VIP status on Lift, but we have relationships with and are our personal VIPs. Another example is buyers from a certain group we are affiliated with. I’d love to be able to create a custom tag for that group so I can filter those out as well and send them certain deals.
Is it possible to filter by Buyer action - e.g. I want to see all of the buyers that favorited my property or requested the address?

I think it would be great to add a buyer tag specifically for people looking for turnkey properties in order to make notifications sent to buyers as specific as it gets. Let me know what you guys think!
Can we get the export ability in Artemis Mode, similar to the export functionality in God Mode? Our dispo manager loads the phone data into a dialer for faster prospecting when selling our deals but we had to hire a VA to copy/paste the contact info for buyers from Artemis Mode. Assume this wouldn’t be too difficult to add, would be very beneficial for our internal operations. TIA!
God Mode is our team’s #1 tool for finding fix and flip buyers. However, we’re struggling to find good buy and hold buyers using the tool. On some properties, we find landlords are willing to pay higher prices than fix and flip buyers. We would love to see buy and hold / landlord buyers added to God Mode!
Our team exports a lot of data from God Mode to our power dialer to rapidly call and vet new buyers. The problem we run into is toggling back and forth between our external dialer and Investorlift. If Investorlift added a built-in dialer, it would make this workflow 100X easier for our Dispo Team! In addition, if we could track in-bound calls about properties, it would help our management team stay on top of our Dispo Managers, ensuring that each in-bound call about a property is answered with a quick response time.
