It would be cool if we could filter out the bed and bath county more clearly. Currently you can selected 2+ so you wont see any 1 beds but you will see 3,4 and beds. It would be cool if we could filter it to 2 beds only.

Hey Devs,
Wanted to flag something about the recent update. We used to have a more detailed beds and baths selector where you could pick exact numbers or ranges. It was super useful for precise searches. But it looks like this feature got nuked in the latest update.
It feels more like Zillow and Redfin, I can say that this kind of flexibility really matters, especially for detailed investment analysis. The current 1+, 2+, 3+ setup makes your comp basis too broad.
Just hoping we can bring that feature back. It made a big difference for users like me.
