I have a property that is pending but I keep getting inquiries about it….
I realized that if someone is clicking through my email or SMS notification about the deal, it brings them to the property but it doesn’t say anywhere on that page that the deal is pending.
it’s only “pending” if you’re searching from the main IL page.
this is a waste of everyone’s time, mine and the buyers looking at it

In the account, there is a setting: to publish or not to publish in the pending status. Path: Settings -> Dispositions Settings -> Deals Site -> Show Pending Deals.
