Ability to Edit Email Subject Lines From Send Screen

It would be fabulously more efficient  for Email Marketing Campaigns if we could edit email subject lines right from the final step 3 send screen rather than having to GO BACK several screens and start all over should our email subject lines be longer than the required 78 characters…

Hope my idea makes sense.
