Make it possible to sort through cash buyers that bought land for development or investment purposes by adding a filter for “land” vs having to sort through to see if there are no bed/bath counts…. even when there isn’t any, it might mean it didn’t upload info correctly from zillow…. a bit time consuming… Maybe there is a way to pull county info showing “no improvements” that would determine that it was a cash deal for land.

Great news! We already have a filter option specifically for "Land" available in God Mode, making it much easier to identify buyers focused on land opportunities. Here’s how you can leverage this feature:
- Access God Mode: Log in to your Investorlift account and navigate to God Mode from the left-hand menu.
- Define Your Target Market: Input an address or select a broader area (city, county, or state) to focus your search on relevant markets.
- Select Buy & Hold.
- Select Property Type: Choose "Land" as the property type to filter your results accordingly.
- Apply Advanced Filters: Refine your search further using filters such as Ownership Start Year to have more updated information from the last 2 to 5 years.
This targeted approach saves time and helps you identify buyers actively searching for properties similar to what you’re offering.
