we need to be able to login on multiple devices at the same time on the seller admin site. Customer service said we can’t as a security measure which makes NO sense at all.

FYI 💻 For security reasons, Its ADMIN meaning head user logging off one device and logging in on another is standard procedure practice this isn't Netflix. I feel confident knowing my data is well-protected, especially since it involves sensitive information related to my high-value deals. With multiple devices, even logging in while traveling internationally is seamless, taking only a quick two seconds to switch between devices. Hope this helps!
