“I think you guys are missing a lot of deals or buyer activity by not including non-fix and flip or cash type of tranactions. For example, if I want to look at deals with subto or seller finance or hybrid structure, there is no way to currently filter for this in my buy box. also, if I want to get deals that are buy and holds not fix and flips, there is also no current functionality for that.
Adding the above functionality would make investorlift even more one stop shop for all types of real estate deals!”
